A question we get asked a lot because travel agents are very keen on selling their own policies as they make up to 50% commission or more. That means that half of what you pay is going to the travel agent and not the insurer for paying claims. We cut out the middleman and by doing so can reduce our premiums. We also have the benefit of a streamlined web based system that doesn’t involve any human intervention unless you want to ask a question. In addition, we don’t insure anyone over the age of 65. This helps us keep claims lower and so the premium you pay lower.
